Large quantities of 304 stainless steel pipes need to be cut. Originally, it was cut with a grinding wheel saw blade, but the accuracy is not up to the requirement. Is there any other cutting method.
Large batches of 304 stainless steel pipes are best cut with an automatic pipe cutting machine. The automatic pipe cutting machine is controlled by a servo motor.
Ordinary grinding wheel blades, high-speed steel saw blades, vibration cutting are all available, and wire cutting can be used with high precision.
Note for cutting:
1. The stainless steel pipe should be placed horizontally, and the diameter direction should be parallel to the cutting knife, that is, the knife should be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pipe, to ensure that the diameter of the stainless steel pipe is flat;
2. To leave a margin, especially for mechanical cutting, the blade has a certain width. Only by leaving enough margin can the length of the pipe be sufficient, and the nozzle of the stainless steel pipe can be adjusted;
3. Manual lubrication should be carried out continuously during mechanical cutting, and the metal scraps on the knife edge should be clear, so as not to affect the cutting effect.
