Dimpled Stainless Sheet
Introduction
Dimpled stainless sheet is a kind of plate made by embossing process, and its length basically has no upper limit. Due to the extremely high requirements for fire protection in commercial spaces, stainless steel embossed art boards are favored by commercial spaces because of their fire resistance. Our embossed boards are suitable for decorating elevator cars, ceilings, metal curtain walls, art furniture and other fields.
The dimpled stainless sheet under the embossing process can create a light and shadow effect in the space, thus playing a strong decorative effect. When designing, our designers carefully adjusted the position of the stainless steel panels and light sources. Once installed, especially in spaces like bars and art galleries, you just have to test and fine-tune the angle and it will have a very colorful effect and create a sparkling feel in the space.
Process:
Through rolling mechanical equipment, under the working condition of two cylindrical pattern dies, the stainless steel plate is extruded on both sides, so that the front and back sides of the stainless steel plate show concave and convex patterns. This method is commonly known as double-sided embossing.
Features:
It has the characteristics of scratch resistance, impact resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-sticking.
