Inner weld leveling is the use of special equipment to press and roll the weld for multiple passes, and finally the weld is leveled, so that the surface of the inner and outer welds is smooth and does not appear to be delamination. The stainless steel pipe inner weld leveling device is a device with a built-in mandrel and a roller to roll back and forth on the pipe weld, so that the precision stainless steel pipe can be "seamless" through the number and strength of the rolling.

Now that we have understood the characteristics of the equipment technology, let's take a look at the internal weld leveling process. After the precision with the internal weld reinforcement is rolled by a horizontal roller, the excess height is removed, and the section of the tube becomes a horizontal ellipse. The mandrel is stuck in the tube and follows the tube. The cross section becomes a perfect circle, the mandrel is separated from the precision tube and is pulled back to the proper position by the cylinder when the frame returns, and then the second rolling cycle is performed. After such repeated rolling, the inner wall of the tube becomes flat and smooth.

The precision stainless steel pipe adopts the internal welding seam leveling technology has the following advantages: it is not easy to leave substances in the wall, avoiding the accumulation of liquid or corrosive substances caused by the welding seam, which affects the quality of the pipe; it is easy to clean and can prevent Bacteria grow; and the inner wall has good antiseptic properties. In addition, especially precision tubes used in fluids, food and other fields must be internally leveled to prevent fluid from clogging in the tubes.

At present, the applicable range of pipe diameter of this internal weld leveling technology is between the outer diameter of 12 and the outer diameter of 219. In addition, it should be noted that precision stainless steel pipes of the same specification are equipped with a set of horizontal roller and vertical roller molds, while pipes of the same specification and different wall thicknesses need to be equipped with different mandrels.
