This is easy to produce undesirable consequences, such as reduced adhesion of the color film to the surface of the stainless steel, uneven color, Z will eventually lead to the color difference of the stainless steel plate, and even the paint film will fall off. On the other hand, the traditional water-plated stainless steel black titanium plate also has the problem of too shor t current, voltage and working time, which is similar to vacuum plating.
If the color film on the surface of the stainless steel color decorative plate is too thin, after the product is formed or used, it will also cause local, irregular and irregular color changes under the chemical reaction of temperature, humidity and even contact with general chemical raw materials.
